Our story

We, the Help For Deprived Foundation, started our journey with a straightforward but impactful mission of bringing hope for the people, opportunities, and a more promising future for the most vulnerable people in our society. We were founded in 2014 with a deep belief in serving every individual and child who deserves better healthcare, education, and a dignified life as we are dedicatedly committed to uplifting the underprivileged communities of Bangladesh.

To provide quality education to the deprived children we started one of our most impactful initiatives “Doyel School” initially from an open area of Dhanmondi Lake Park, where children were getting a new chance to study.

The impacts of our works have grown over the years from small acts of kindness to many significantly impactful programs that touched thousands of lives. Our approach is rooted in making a lasting difference where it’s needed the most whether it’s providing education to children, supporting families affected by natural disasters, or initiating sustainable development projects.

Our Mission

The mission of the Help for Deprived Foundation is to empower every underprivileged community and bring better changes in their lives. Our primary focus is on education, health, livelihood, and emergency relief. We believe that it is possible to break the cycle of poverty through education, and hence we provide free education to poor children through initiatives like Doyel School.

We also work for women's empowerment, for example, through Project Shabolombi we provide sewing and skill-based training to women and help them earn their livelihood. We provide food, medicine, and basic essentials to needy people during natural disasters through our Emergency Relief program as our goal is sustainable development and long-term solutions so that every person can make their future better.

Our Vision

We are continuously working to create an equitable society where every individual and child, whatever their circumstances are can lead a healthy and dignified life with access to education, necessities, and opportunities.
We are thriving for living in a society where Illiteracy, poverty, and inequality will not be a barrier to people’s progress through our initiatives
which are compassion-driven.

We believe that it is possible to bring about a positive and endurable change through education, health, and empowerment. Our vision is to develop programs for underprivileged communities that would give them a chance to live with long-term self-sufficiency and dignity. We are committed to creating a brighter and more hopeful future through empathy and action.
